Wool has such good properties that you rarely have to wash it. To keep it fresh, hang it in fresh air from time to time. If washing is necessary, you can do this by choosing a wool/delicate cycle setting on your washing machine with an appropriate detergent. Do not use in the tumbler and do not use bleach or softener.
